Our security guard company seeks an in-house time and attendance & HR Specialist with experience using UKG Ready. Soon we will be switching to UKG Ready software, and so we need someone to work with our 100 wage-earning employees, helping train and onboard them onto this new platform. This position has significant growth potential, requiring someone to help-out in HR in various capacities such as payroll, recruiting, and onboarding. We will be also developing a new business, using the Ready software as our engine, adding an innovative HR Compliance component with a team of labor attorneys, marrying time and attendance with legal protection. We hope our HR Manager Generalist can assist with new client Ready Implementation and, if interested, there is ample opportunity in sales/marketing, developing one's own business. Someone familiar with the security guard business or a similar industry would be beneficial but is not required. Time and attendance and/or payroll experience is necessary.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
