Experienced HR IT Strategic Planning Capability Consultant
1 year min experience in Develop and/or update workflows, guidance documentation, SOPs, operations schedule and other templates and the operations schedule using established guidance
Sharepoint
Experience in Coordinating and facilitate meetings for the client to engage stakeholders focused on strategic value of each initiatives requirements, prioritizing, and rank, etc.
Experience in Developing communications such as (e.g. drafting e-mails and notices, agendas, presentations, spreadsheets, etc.)
Bachelors in Business or a related field preferred

DUTIES:
HR IT Strategic Planning Capability Consultant Work on a HR IT Strategic Planning Phase 3 special project to implement previously designed workflow processes, procedures and templates for the HR IT Strategic Capability for the National Geospatial Intelligence Agencys (NGAs) HR office.
Work under the Team Lead direction to review and refine capability process workflows, SOPs, governance documents and templates to achieve initial operating capability (IOC)
Support client with planning daily, weekly and longer term prioritization of HRIT strategic planning activities to standup the capability and operationalize
Support clients effort to transition new initiatives onto the new Capability and mature operations as they cycle through planning and programming
Conduct customer engagement and populate templates based on information shared during discovery, research and interviews
Develop and/or update workflows, guidance documentation, SOPs, operations schedule and other templates and the operations schedule using established guidance Support activities to perform iterative evaluation of the Capability and recommend improvements for redesign and implementation as appropriate
Coordinate and facilitate meetings for the client to engage stakeholders focused on strategic value of each initiatives requirements, prioritizing, and rank, etc.
Develop communications such as (e.g. drafting e-mails and notices, agendas, presentations, spreadsheets, etc.)
Support meeting facilitation activities and update and maintain the initiative summation tracker
Update and maintain team documentation and deliverables on SharePoint and MS Teams adhering to conversion control standards and client requirements
