Our company is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our growing team. The Human Resources Generalist will be working with the human resources department to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of our recruiting and hiring processes. We are interested in someone who can provide additional assistance to the recruiting coordinator with updating job descriptions, and planning and implementing employee training initiatives. The ideal candidate will regularly communicate with employees, so strong listening and speaking skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Compile and maintain employee records.
• Oversee the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new employees and serve as a link between our organization’s management and its employees.
• Create and execute HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state and local laws.
• Support employees with all payroll and HR-related questions.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Advance knowledge and skill in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or related software

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree in a related area
• Human Resource experience (3+ years)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
