Job Description:
The HR Generalist is responsible for providing day to day human resources support within the RenewAire facility on a broad range of HR matters, including performance management, talent development, goal setting, succession planning, conflict resolution, total compensation, employee relations, safety, talent acquisition, learning and development, workforce planning, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Work with customer groups and the Talent Acquisition team to develop and support a recruitment and retention strategy to identify, attract, engage and retain high-performing talent. Lead the onboarding process working closely with hiring managers with a focus on successfully integrating and retaining associates. Administer all HR policies and programs. Recommend and implement revisions to policies, programs and practices as needed. Ensure compliance with all state and federal statutes, laws and regulations including but not limited to all applicable wage and hour laws, and regulations related to FMLA, OSHA, EEO and ADA. Identify and implement talent solutions in support of a transforming organization; ensuring the overall organization and culture are designed around strategic talent growth with a heavy focus on talent development, performance management, succession planning, and a culture of inclusion. Actively lead and engages employees in evaluation of the employee relations climate and implement solutions to issues that arise. Counsel employees and managers on career planning, conflict resolution and work-related challenges. Conduct stay and exit interviews to evaluate work climates and morale. Conduct investigations as needed in an objective and professional manner to determine corrective action. Change Management: Work with the Director of HR and leadership to evaluate the level of change and transformation impacts: Apply a structured methodology and change management activities Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders Partner with the HR Director to implement full scale safety programs and initiatives to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a closely related field Minimum 5 years of exempt HR Generalist work experience PHR/SPHR preferred
