This role will work primarily with HRIS/ADP Vantage reporting and HRIS technology to support various data-related activities, including ad-hoc reporting, integration support, annual reporting processes, automation, and data visualization and analytics. Individuals in this role will leverage their process-oriented approach to develop sustainable practices, ensure data integrity, and ensure we deliver accurate and actionable data for the business. This is a hybrid position and can be based out of our Dallas, TX or Westmont, IL office.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on the data integrity of the HRIS system(s)
  • Develop HR reporting solutions to support business operations.
  • Create, manage, and maintain sustainable reporting best practices to ensure consistency and continuity.
  • Evaluate HR reporting requests, working with internal customers to understand their requirements.
  • Support the company's HR systems integration landscape from a reporting perspective.
  • Serve as a reporting subject matter expert for the HR Operations team.
  • Identify data inconsistencies or missing information and coordinates with applicable HR teammates to ensure data correction and prevent future errors.
  • Keep up-to-date on industry trends, new methods in HR information systems, and business processes.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role focused on HR reporting, data analytics, and/or workforce analytics.
  • Process-oriented, with demonstrated experience in designing and documenting new processes and enhancing pre-existing ones.
  • Understands the importance of testing, validation, proper syntax, and data structure.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to analyze large quantities of data.
  • Able to effectively communicate complex issues with a high level of effectiveness.
  • Able to organize work and set priorities for accomplishing work in a timely and effective manner.
  • Must have the ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced work environment, including multi-tasking and prioritizing multiple projects and requests.
  • Able to develop solutions to complex problems where analysis of situations and/or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variables.
  • 3+ years with a bachelor's or equivalent.
  • Professional HR reporting experience.
