About This Role:*

In this role, as the Human Resources Business Partner, you will work as part of the Global HR Team to support the Enzo workforce. You will focus on systems and functions to support employee recruitment, retention, and development. In this position you will also align business objectives with employee and management in designated business units.*

Activities:*

Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues.

  • Manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, and counseling staff.
  • Assess function effectiveness by establishing performance baselines and using benchmarks (internal and external) to identify opportunity areas
  • Drive key strategic and operational initiatives in support of Enzo’s short term and long term objectives for HR
  • Develops human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements.
  • Resolve and manage complex employee relation issues through clear and effective investigations
  • Coordinate delivery of training and coaching programs and participate in the evaluations and monitoring training programs
  • Facilitate activities related to performance management
  • Assist with projects that are aimed in achieving the department’s goal
  • Consult with managers and supervisors in providing HR knowledge and guidance
  • Other duties assigned by manager

About You:*

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related area is preferred
Experience: 7+ years of Human Resources experience, Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM certification is a plus
Skills:
Demonstrated communication and presentation skills, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Must have ADP Workforce Now product expertise
Must be organized and have attention to detail
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Strong knowledge in HR policies and procedures
Ability to handle confidential employee information
Ability to work collaboratively
Proficient in Microsoft World, Outlook, and Excel
