Requirements:Housing Voucher Coordinator Essential Functions
- Manage SWSHE Voucher, Housing Choice Voucher, Project Based Voucher, and State Housing Voucher participant annuals, interims, tenant program briefings, landlord briefings, and hold tenant conferences as necessary.
- Utilize Center technology to maintain accurate record keeping per CDOH and SLVBHG through use of HMIS, ELITE, and on site files.
- Provide Assessment and Case Management services to vouchered tenants, making necessary program referrals per client need through identified community resources.
- Manage and maintain a waiting list of coordinated entry applicants and coordinate with partner agencies regarding placement, vacancies, and eligibility.
- Effectively communicate with other SLVBHG personnel regarding client needs.
- Effectively communicate with CDOH staff regarding terminations, annual submissions, interim submissions, voucher increment reports, and monthly benefit management reports.
- Complete an Annual Performance Report for continued CDOH funding through CoC and BOS.
Bachelor’s degree preferred. If no Bachelor’s degree, minimum of 3 years experience in the human service field is required. If Master’s degree, experience in the human service field preferred.
