REPORTS TO: Dining Room Manager, Bar Supervisor, and Waitstaff Captains.
JOB SUMMARY:
- Sets dining room and banquet spaces according to BEOs specifications
- Performs various duties prior to, during and after events to set the Front of the House team up for success

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS: *
- Please be a minimum of 18 years of age.
- Please be able to wait on 8 people at one time.
- Please be able to carry a tray with food and stand for long durations.
- Please have an outgoing and friendly personality and willingness to be patient and courteous with members/guests and other co-workers.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: *
- Must be able to kneel down, bend over and stand up many times during a shift.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to lift and carry 25 lbs
