- Supervises housekeeping staff and coordinates staffing schedules to ensure the proper cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and community grounds.
- Conducts regular inspections of all guest rooms, public areas and bathrooms.
- Ensure housekeeping linen, supplies and equipment are ordered, as well as being handled and maintained safely.
- Assists with housekeeping duties including cleaning duties, floors, rest rooms, and guest rooms
- Assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment and take corrective action
- Inventories stock to ensure adequate supplies
- Advises manager, desk clerk, or admitting personnel of rooms ready for occupancy.
