Elevated Living is looking for a rockstar Housekeeping Coordinator to join our growing team!

Job description:

This position is fully remote. We are looking for someone that can work the 10am-6pm shift. You will be helping manage the day to day housekeeping operations which include:

• Interviewing and assisting with hiring new housekeepers
• Customer service: Managing phone calls, texts, and emails
• Scheduling housekeeping appointments
• Resolving customer complaints
• Managing the housekeeping team

You will be required to have knowledge of standard office tools such as Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive) as well as our internal CRM system (training provided).

Additional pay: This position has an annual bonus attached that is performance based of up to $5,000.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
