Scope of Position:

• Housekeepers are responsible for the appearance and cleanliness of the inside of cottages, restrooms, laundry rooms, shower facilities, arcade, family lounge and Main Lodge at the Old Forge Camping Resort. Housekeepers have a high level of guest interaction.
  

Specific Duties:

• Efficiently and effectively clean Cottages, Restrooms, Showers, Laundry Rooms, Arcade, Main Lodge and Family Lounge (sweep, mop, dust, trash removal.)
• Follow strict guidelines with regard to Health & Safety procedures
• Exert up to 25 pounds of force to lift, push, pull, carry or otherwise move objects
• Perform work safely in accordance with departmental Health & Safety regulations
• Safely drive and maneuver a golf cart (Must possess a valid driver license) and adhere to policy regarding speed and location
• Greet guests and team members in a professional and friendly manner
• Be prepared to work and drive in all weather conditions.

• Must be well groomed, self-disciplined and willing to comply with policy regarding uniform guidelines & cellphone usage

• Be flexible in working changing shifts to suit the needs of the business
• Able to work in a high pressure fast paced environment
