This full-time position is responsible to:

• Promote the Artegan philosophy of Celebrating the Art of Life

• Clean resident apartments weekly following cleaning duty schedule

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas daily per schedule

• Keep chemicals secured at all times

• Keep assigned areas neat, clean and well organized

• Wash laundry as assigned taking care to avoid wrinkles etc.

• Make resident beds with fresh linens per weekly schedule

• Assist in dining room as assigned

• Other duties as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to effectively communicate in English***

• Flexibility and occasional weekend availability are a must*

Must present an outstanding customer service attitude and demeanor, must have the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
