Quail Lodge & Golf Club is seeking an Experienced Hotel Manager/Director of Operations.

In this role you will:

• Work for a highly prestigious hotel located in sunny Carmel Valley, California
• Oversee the Rooms Division and Hotel Operations
• Act as pivotal part of the Executive Committee

Key Accountabilities:

• Provide leadership to the Rooms Division Operations Managers including Front Office, Guest Relations and Housekeeping
• Assist GM in developing and implementing property-wide strategies and business plan
• Provide strategic input on future developments to ensure the property achieves all return-on-investment targets
• Develop a management process that balances the highest service standards with efficiency and cost-consciousness
• Create budgets and cost control practices throughout all Lodge Operations
• Manage all aspects of the property in the absence of the General Manager

General Requirements:

• 7 years of hospitality experience required
• 5 years of managing supervisory level staff required
• Bachelor’s Degree in hospitality management preferred
• Prior experience with POS and Resort management systems
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Must be knowledgeable of compliance in health and safety standards

Salary: $125,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
