We’re looking for a dedicated and reliable Housekeeper to maintain a clean environment in all areas of our hotel. The housekeeper is responsible for all aspects involved in cleaning, laundering, and maintaining hotel rooms, including replenishing supplies and materials. Our ideal candidate should find fulfillment in supporting the hotel team by offering exceptional customer service to guests and working with a team to maintain the quality of their stay.
Responsibilities:
- Adjust bed and bedding, empty wastebaskets, replenish toiletries, and maintain cleanliness of guestroom and public areas.
- Clean appliances and make repairs if necessary (e.g. replacing burned out light bulbs).
- Clean guestroom windows and walls, replenish amenities in bath, replace linens and fold clothes.
- Clean toilets, tubs, showers and sinks as needed.
- Dust furniture, air vents and baseboards in room(s) using duster or brush attachment.
- Empty ash trays, replace light bulbs, straighten pictures on the walls, use upholstery attachment on furniture for deep cleaning.,Move furniture to vacuum underneath.
- Organize room by replacing items in drawers or closet w/ new items (e.g. new soap for bathrooms).
- Restock guestroom with items required for incoming guest(s).
- Restock toiletries (shampoo, conditioner etc.) to replace those used by the guests using replenishable stock supply..
