We are looking for outgoing and reliable VALET GREETERS & CASHIERS to join our friendly, professional valet team for a very busy hotel in the Anaheim area.

Valet Greeter Job Summary: The Greeter is responsible for greeting guests upon arrival in a polite and courteous manner as well as offering assistance with guests’ questions.

Position responsibilities include:

• Greet guests with a warm smile upon arrival and issue appropriate ticket(s)
• Walk guests to the front desk and answer any questions they may have about the property and/or refer them to the hotel concierge
• Direct guests to the valet area

Requirements:

• Outgoing and friendly personality
• Must be able to multitask
• Must be dependable
• Customer Service experience
• Must be available on nights & weekends

Job Types: Part or full-time

Pay Rate: $16.00

Shifts Available:

• DAY: 7AM-3:30PM
• NIGHT: 3PM-11:30PM

Hours Available: 16-40 hrs/wk

Valet Cashier Job Summary: The Valet Cashier acts as a valet receptionist, responsible for managing the valet cashier station, greeting guests, and collecting payments.

Position responsibilities include:

• Manage the valet cashier station
• Greet guests
• Process payments
• Complete data entry
• Answer the telephone and route calls or answer guests’ questions accurately and politely
• Conduct money drops, file receipts

Requirements:

• Outgoing and friendly personality
• Must be able to multitask
• Must be dependable
• Customer Service & Cash Handling experience
• Must be available on nights & weekends

Job Types: Part or full-time

Pay Rate: $16.00

Shifts Available:

• Evening shifts (3P-11:30P)
• Day shifts (7A-3:30P)

Weekly Hours: 16-40 hrs/wk
