RESPONSIBILITIES
- Card and cash handling
- Providing a hospitable experience for our guests
- Communicating thoroughly with co-workers and management
- Problem solving, and navigating conversations with dissatisfied guests
- Key holding
- Checking guests in and out
- Informing guests of local attractions, restaurants, and anything they need to know about the property
