Patisserie Florentine is a French-inspired bakery cafe with four Bergen County locations. We are looking for a Cafe Manager at our store in The Shops at Riverside, Hackensack, NJ.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of 'grab-and-go' café.
-Schedule staff
- Motivate and lead staff to provide excellent customer service
-Perform weekly inventory of all disposables
-Place and monitor daily food orders
-Assist HR w/hiring new staff when needed
-Train or facilitate the training of all new staff
-Ensure cleanliness and adhere to Department of Health Food and Safety Regulations and consistently demonstrate this to staff
You must have:
-At least 2 years of café experience with part of it being in a managerial role
-High School Diploma or equivalent
-ServeSafe Certification is a plus
-Friendly Customer Service and good communication skills
Legal work authorization in the US is a must.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
