Previous Skills and Experience a plus in: cinemas, independent film, digital equipment, POS ticketing systems, customer service, sales, events, and social media. Training can be given for the projection system and POS. Qualities desired are being of service and hospitality, good communication, outgoing personality with the ability to host skills, attention to detail, cleanliness, self-discipline, drive, an aptitude to learn new systems (and the ability to retain that information), a genuine, fashionably on-trend, positive personality, promptness, responsible, and hard-working. Ability to problem solve and work under pressure and multi-tasking huge pluses.

Duties include running films, daily concession sales, ticketing, ushering, event service/crowd control, light cleaning of theatre, lobby, and restrooms, and restocking. Frequent standing, walking, lifting, twisting, and bending are part of the job. Weekly duties include ingesting materials, QC of upcoming films, subscription registration, file transfer, light graphic design, online promotion and outreach, friendly outreach with cinephile community and interfacing with patrons, introducing films, selling concessions, projection, clean-up. Must be available for Weekday Days/Nights and Weekend Days/Nights at any of our locations in Hollywood.

You would be responsible for ensuring everything runs smoothly and be able to deal with problems that may arise in a smooth and efficient manner.
