Hospitality Aide Responsibilities:
- Sufficient proficiency in speaking the English and Spanish language to effectively and accurately communicate with residents, co-workers and supervisors.
- Sufficient proficiency in reading and writing the English & Spanish Language to accurately follow written directions and
- complete required forms.
- Ability to communicate calmly and effectively with angry, demanding, critical, agitated residents and families.
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to identify ways to work effectively with difficult people including residents, family, facility staff
- from all facility departments..
- Assist with the feeding of residents
- Perform all assigned duties in accordance with established facility policies and procedures and facility safety rules and regulations.
