Hospital Liaison Job at South Shore LTC Facility
Long Island LTC facility is looking for a Hospital Liaison/Marketing Manager to join our group of skilled nursing facilities.
Responsibilities Include:
- Increase referrals to organizations LTC facilities.
- Develop relationships with local hospital staff to help increase referrals.
- Coordinate with hospitals to ensure residents that are admitted return to facility.
- Give facility tours.
- Develop marketing material and marketing events to engage local hospitals.
- Strengthen community relationships to position LTC facilities favorably.
Qualifications:
- Go getter mentality.
- Familiar with hospital and LTC setting.
- Ability to screen patients.
- Hospital Social Work, RN or healthcare marketing background a plus.
- Strong follow up and communication skills.
