Job Duties:
- Answer phones and coordinate details with pharmacy and DME partners.
- Assist in management of IDT preparation.
- Conduct Admission and Discharge audits.
- Communicate with clinics, facilities, hospitals & other healthcare partners via phone.
- Committed to providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment & have the ability to be flexible.
- Assist Hospice Team members as needed with administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to work in a professional manner
- Must work well both independently and in a group setting
- Prior office experience
- Professional appearance
- Proficiency with Excel and Word
- Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
- Excellent Organizational Skills
- Efficient data entry skills
- Previous experience working with Hospice is preferred but not required
