Come join our team! We are looking for candidates with in-home sales and Solar experience, who have a passion to help people save by switching to renewable energy. Starting as an Energy Improvement Specialist, you will be generating leads, with additional leads being given by the Company . We will help you succeed by providing daily top notch training and give you all the tools you need to build your pipeline and be successful.

- Source and develop self-generated leads and appointments with potential customers

- Conduct in-home sales presentations for potential customers

- Develop effective self-generation sales strategies

- Evaluate customers' knowledge and needs, building productive long-lasting relationships

- Accurately disposition and report on outcomes via our CRM tool

- Manage the pipeline of activity from prospect to install by following up with all the leads and in-home consultations

- Attend daily trainings/sales meetings, and follow Heritage Construction Services sales processes

- Maintain current knowledge of the latest industry developments by attending sales meetings/ sales trainings.

- Engage in local proactive lead generation activities

- Assist in the training of new consultants

- Assist with closing appointments set by Home Improvement advisors

- Meet or exceed monthly goals

Monthly salary plus Commissions

Heritage Construction Services, Inc., is locally owned and operated. We are both a solar and construction company, who does all of our own installs and manage the entire solar sales process from permits, cads to finish. We make the solar process quick and easy, with an install completion time of 2-3 weeks from the date of the contract being signed. We believe in integrity and strive to provide the best customer service to all of our customers.
