Home Health – RN PRN in Assisted Living Setting! Job at Senior Allegiance
Senior Allegiance Home Health is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) to care for patients in Corpus Christi area. This is a UNIQUE POSITION, doing home health visits with residents at two Assisted Living communities: Villa South Assisted Living & Memory Care in the Country Club Area and/or Villa Northwest in the Annaville area. This can be helpful to see multiple residents in one facility, reducing drive-time and maximizing patient visit time. You would also work directly with the Wellness Director and Care Teams at each Assisted Living community in support of their residents.
Working with the physician, our Registered Nurses develop and manage nursing care plans, as well as instruct patients and their families in proper treatment, helping individuals take steps to improve or maintain a healthy lifestyle. Senior Allegiance believes that qualified nurses are advocates and health educators for patients, families and communities.
We are currently looking for Per Diem employees.
Week Day Shifts Available (Mon-Fri): Days, Overnights
Qualifications:
- Current, unencumbered state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Minimum of one (1) years of nursing experience in home health preferred
- Current CPR certification
- Copy of updated TB results/ Chest x-ray
- Reliable transportation
