Supplemental Health Care is seeking a Home Health Specialized RN for a Home Health facility based in Mountlake Terrace, CA. This position is a 13- week, full-time contract assignment with the possibility of extension or direct hire.
- Paid by the hour, not by the visit
- Mileage reimbursement
- 8-Hour Day Shift Position
- Territory: To Be Discussed in Phone Interview: 40-50 Miles from Office

Licenses/Certifications/Qualifications:
- 1-2 Years Recent Home Health Experience with Geriatric/Adult Population (Private Duty and Pediatric Experience Does Not Qualify)
- WA RN Nursing License
- BLS (AHA)
- Reliable Transportation and Auto Insurance
- OASIS Experience
- HomeCare HomeBase EMR Experience (Preferred)
