Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN Summary:

We are looking for a reliable full time Licensed Practical Nurse to care for our patients and facilitate their speedy recovery. The goal is to promote patient’s well-being by providing high quality nursing care. Home Health experience is prefered but not required. We will provide training, PLUS 5K Sign on Bonus.

Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN Requirements:

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed in the state of the HHA
• Proven experience as LPN or similar role
• Ability to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks and work in a multidisciplinary team
• Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and able to handle stress

Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN Responsibilities:

• Participation in the nursing process by providing input to the client's plan of care
• Implementing the care plan as written
• Evaluating effectiveness of care plan
• Record a patient’s medical history accurately
• Provide emotional and psychological support when needed
• Communicate with patients’ family or friends to provide advice, comfort and release instructions
• Other responsibilities will be assigned
