The initial interview is over the phone to save time for everyone and to welcome the right people into our agency.
What you will be doing as a caregiver:
- Assist clients with Activites of Daily Living (ADL's), to encourage and assist clients to stay independent in their homes;
- Provide assistance with or carry out personal care (if needed);
- Participate in outings and fun activities with clients;
- Assist with mobility and range of motion exercises, safety supervision;
- Help with meal planning and preparation, light housekeeping;
- Provide companionship, engage in meaningful conversation, and allow respite services for the family.
All caregivers are unique and will be uniquely matched with a patient. Happy caregivers means happy clients!
