JOB DESCRIPTION-

• Companionship to a very sweet elderly women in North Andover, MA
• Pay Rate is: $23.00 per hour +Plus mileage reimbursement. $.58 per mile.
• Driving the client is a requirement. Caregiver must have their own Registered and Insured Vehicle.
• Take client for outings: go for a walk, see a movie, go for a drive, Summer is coming (go to the beach) grab lunch somewhere.
• Client loves to knit and craft activities so a caregiver who's creative and engaging is needed!
• THE SCHEDULE WILL START PART-TIME: EVERY MONDAY AND THURSDAY - FLEXIBLE 6 HR. SHIFTS. 9AM-3PM OR 10AM-4PM.
• THIS SCHEDULE WILL GRADUALLY INCREASE IN HOURS. WE DO NOT WANT TO OVERWHELM THE CLIENT. PRIVATE CARE WILL BE NEW TO HER.

Requirements

• A Valid HHA / Home Health Aide Certificate
• Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience working with the elderly.
• Reliable Transportation and a Valid Driver's License.
• Proof of registration and insurance.
• Must be fully vaccinated w/ Booster and provide Covid Card
• TB Test / Chest X-Ray within the last 12 months
• Must own and know how to use a smart phone.
• Must be able to understand and speak English well.
• Clean driving record and background check required.
• Must have an engaging, outgoing personality and enjoys bringing client out.
