Scheduled hours: 36 hours per 2 weeks, 3 day shifts every 2 weeks 12 hour shifts
Job Description:
Provides basic patient care under the direction of a licensed nurse. Serves as patient’s ‘Personal Care Champion’ by assisting them with activities of daily living. Provides care & support in the hospice house with special attention to patient personal care needs in end of life care. Works independently providing personal cares to individuals in the facility. Must be able to work independently, have good time management skills, and timely documentation.
Qualifications:
Prefer Iowa Certified Nurses Aide
Maintains valid licensure/certification/registration if required
