Home Care Nurse Job at Home Care Agency
We are searching for a professional who adores helping people. The successful Home Care Nurse will be responsible for checking in on their customers at home, and keeping records of their visits. A key responsibility will be making sure patients get the care they need and building trust with the individuals they care for.
Responsibilities:
- 90 Day home visits and supervisory visits.
- Communicate with other nurses, assistants, and aides.
- Keep accurate notes and records of patients' conditions.
- Maintain patient safety standards.
- New Hire Orrientation
Pay will be per diem along with mileage.
Counties to be worked are Forsyth, Surry, Guilford, Alamance, Yadkin
