Bristol Elder Services, Inc., located in Fall River, MA, is a progressive, private, non-profit agency that supports the independence and dignity of the elderly and persons with disabilities in the community. We offer a generous and comprehensive benefits package to employees and provide a supportive working environment. 35-hour work week with compressed scheduling opportunity including 4-day work week following successful introductory period. No nights or weekends.
As a member of an interdisciplinary team focused upon supporting elders to remain independent in their homes, the successful candidate will assess consumer needs for in home services, conduct home visits, develop and monitor service plans, maintain consumer records and work with a variety of community providers.
Interested candidates should possess good assessment skills, be able to work in a fast paced, ever changing atmosphere, which will support professional development.
Bachelor’s degree in a social service-related field, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation required. Case management or experience working with elders preferred. Computer skills required. Bilingual English and Portuguese preferred.
