We are looking for an experienced HOA Manager. The perfect candidate would have experience managing large or Master Planned Community HOA’s, have a deep understanding of CC&Rs with a firm but friendly approach to enforcement with homeowners. This role must be filled by an excellent communicator with experience managing various vendors. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage and enforce community CC&Rs.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for homeowners.
  • Manage vendors and trades, to include landscaping for superb community appearance.
  • Attend and direct Board Meetings and Annual Association Meetings.
  • Maintain and oversee accurate record keeping, billing, collections, claims processing, and accounting for all communities.
  • Create subdivision newsletters, as requested.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, manage budgets, and maintain accounts.

What you bring to the table:

  • HOA/community management experience required; single family residential management experience preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of legal action, claims, collections etc. as related to homeowners and HOA management.
  • Paralegal, Accounting, Title/Escrow, or similar experience preferred.
  • Project management related experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with CC&Rs, working through creating, modification, and enforcement.
  • Strong communication skills - including but not limited to verbal, written and in-person communication.
  • Ability to handle high stress situations.
  • Must display a professional attitude, be energetic, personable and can work independently, as well as in a team environment.
  • Strong technology aptitude with experience using web-based tools and systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
