We are looking for the best of the best, what this means is Good Guys Heating & Cooling wants an individual that has the best attitude and best work ethic. Our company name says it all "Good Guys" We will always have the Clients best interest in mind when running calls, installing systems and pricing. We are not the biggest company out there nor do we want to be, but we thrive to be best when it comes to customer service and taking care of our team members. The following is what we are looking for and what we provide:

1. Experienced HVAC Lead Installer (this means at least 2yrs. as a Residential HVAC Install Lead)

2. Have your own tools. (all necessary hand tools)

3. Clean driving record. (the ability to be insured by the company)

4. Communication skills along with technical skills.

5. Great attitude and love for customer service. (we are a mainly residential business)

6. Ability to lift 50lbs or more and ability to climb a ladder and get into attics. (shouldn't have to say this but you would be surprised)

Company provides:

Pay range is $25-$35 per hour plus commissions on all sales.
