XLC Services is hiring High Reach Forklift operators needed for Material Handling positions.

Must have high reach forklift experience.

Work in a fast-paced environment in all areas performing a wide variety of warehouse related duties and machine operation for can depalletizer. Includes picking and staging materials for process orders, delivering material to production lines & equipment, problem solve material and delivery issues. Manage finished goods process through tagging, upholding accurate inventory levels. Picking and staging for shipping, consolidating inventory using FIFO method and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Cross training in all areas required.

Able to read and interpret documents such as work Instructions, standard operating procedures, safety rules and proper use of powered equipment, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to write clearly and keep detailed accurate records. Able to use an understand RF scanners, basic computer, and data entry and basic math skills needed.

High Reach forklift experience with material handling a must – High reach stand up forklift is the primary source of material movement. Sit down, walkies and pallet jacks are secondary. Ability to stand throughout the shift and occasionally lift light to moderate weight. Some weekends required.
