Helpdesk Agent Job at Sentinel
This is a great position offering you real-world technical support experience as well as training! You will have the ability to help end-users with device troubleshooting including: laptops, PCs, printers, and hand-held devices. During the 1st month of training, you will be travelling from the Franklin Park, IL location to their Fulton Market location Chicago, IL. After training period then the position will be 2 days remote, and 3 days at Franklin Park (every now and then coming into Fulton market for an event day). Working hours would be 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM (CST). This is contract to hire position located in Franklin Park, IL.
Qualifications:- 1 years of Help Desk experience preferred
- Proven computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and Windows OS required
- Understanding with Active Directory, SCCM, printers and print servers
- Familiar with bottom-up methodology preferred
- The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
- A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
