Overview:
TISTA Science and Technology is looking for EKMS/KMI Integration Team Members that will support The U.S. Army Communications Security Logistics Activity (CSLA) mission of providing Communications Security (COMSEC) and Information Assurance (IA) support for the Department of Army and other assigned organizations in the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside CONUS (OCONUS). EKMS/KMI Integration Team Members require a working knowledge of basic computer support, technical telephonic support, Microsoft Office applications, and must have at least a SECRET security clearance. A flexible work schedule may be required during select periods to support upgrades in Europe, South Korea, and Southwest Asia. Extended hours may be required in the event of a program requirement to complete upgrades sooner than expected. COMSEC Management Software (KMI and any other applicable training may be provided to contract employees).

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and validate KMI accounts for transition or upgrade using pre-transition/upgrade checklist.
- During the preparation phase for KMI transition upgrades, or tech refresh assist the EKMS/KMI Tier 2 Help Desk with troubleshooting efforts.
- Transition/Upgrade accounts to the mandated software baseline IAW NSA guidance.
- Verify that "after any transition/upgrade or tech refresh " all action items have been completed by the Army COMSEC account.
- Troubleshoot Advanced Key Processor (AKP) Install and Troubleshoot Manager Client (MGC)
- Create the MGC Disaster Recovery Kit (DRK) and restore the MGC Initialize KMI Aware Device Endorse Product Delivery Enclave (PDE)
- Endorse Non-PDE Enabled KMI Aware Device Personalize Token
- Register KOA Change KOA Manager
- Deregister KOA Agent
- Deregister KMI Aware Device
- Establish New Product Requirement
- Manage Account Distribution Profile (ADP)
- Configure, Install and troubleshoot KG-250
Required Experience and Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (an additional 2 years experience may be substitute for education)
- 2 Years experience
- Security +
Desired Experience and Skills:
- Technicians should have a general knowledge of COMSEC policy/procedures, EKMS/KMI operations as outlined in AR 380-40 and TB 380-41, and general knowledge of computers.
- KMI COMSEC Management Software (KMI) (when/if available, KMI training may be provided by the government if the successful candidate does not already have this training).
- Knowledge of Tactical Networking Environment NetOps Toolkit (J-TNT)
- Field Service Representative experience.
Desired Certifications:
- Computing Technology Industry Association (Comp TIA) A+
- Comp TIA Network +
- CompTia Security + CE
- The International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium 2 (ISC2) System Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP) course
- Other DOD 8570.1M certifications (Level II or III certifications also qualify for Level I certifications)
