We are looking for a Help Desk Technician to join our MGP team in Atchison, KS. As a Help Desk Technician, you are responsible for being the first line of contact for providing support and troubleshooting of the IT systems for the organization. This position will help with implementation and maintenance of the systems while training staff on new technologies.

What will you do?

• Provide support for implementation, maintenance, and incident troubleshooting for IT systems.
• Inventory management of deployed software and end user devices.
• Support network and locally attached printers and peripherals.
• Install, troubleshoot, and diagnose software/hardware issues with Window desktops, laptops, printers, and networking equipment.
• Work with IT team to resolve service requests or issues.

What do you need to bring to the table?

• 3+ years of experience with Desktop support.
• 2+ years of experience of Office 365 Client Application support.
• 3+ years of experience with Windows 10.
• 2+ years of experience with Imaging.
• 2+ years of experience with PowerShell.
• Experience with WIFI access points, management, and deployment.
