• Schedule: Monday - Friday AM-PM
• Pay Rate: $17

Job Responsibilities & Description Help Desk Technician:

• The help desk technician is responsible for the maintenance and repair of all money order and bill payments machines per established guidelines.
• As a help desk technician clean and repair dot matrix printers and verifone terminals while answering support calls.

Job Requirements Help Desk Technician:

• Great customer service skills
• Excellent computer skills/knowledge
• Data entry / meticulous with details
