Summary: Drive all mandatory factory campaigns through processes and procedures in all Brandeis locations. Develop and maintain structure and activities related to the ongoing factory and campaign process as it relates particularly to the Fix as Fails (FAF) campaigns.

The role will report directly to the Corporate Warranty Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a central location to support the parts needed to complete campaigns on all related equipment.
  • Update daily NDS pop-up notes on FAF factory campaigns
  • Must interpret Parts and Service News to organize factory campaigns by urgency.
  • Manage and coordinate mandatory factory campaigns with the Branches.
  • Maintain and update weekly reports for FAF to be forwarded to corporate staff as needed.
  • Have a relationship with our Vendors / Support staff and their service policies in order to give guidance to branches.
  • Define all criteria for FAF FCs campaigns, and identify parts needed to successfully meet standards
  • Alert Service Departments of models and serial numbers related to factory campaigns
  • Order and assemble all parts involved with FAF campaigns
  • Maintain strong relationships with the service and parts departments at each of our locations
  • Ad Hoc Reporting as needed
  • Any other duties, or special projects, as assigned by the Corporate Warranty Manager and VP of Product Support & Operations.

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required. A College Degree is preferred.
  • Must have three years minimum related experience in a Dealership Environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. Familiarity with Komatsu Global Portal, Komtrax, and NDS is a plus
  • Must possess a business mindset, be results-driven, composed, and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Maintain good relationships with vendors, customers, and employees.
  • Possess good analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and self-manage workload without continuous direct supervision
  • Proficient in fact-based problem solving, analysis, interpersonal, verbal & written communications, and organization.
  • Strong communication, detailed oriented with some strong project management skills.
  • Maintain excellence in customer service.
  • Occasional travel to branches or manufacturers as needed.
  • Must drive the process and have a strong sense of urgency.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background check, drug screen and physical.
