Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to help our organization grow by finding qualified medical and behavioral health providers and administrative staff to fill new and existing government contracts. This position will have a competitive base salary with benefits and opportunities for increased pay through performance based bonuses. Candidates with at least five (5) years of professional federal healthcare staffing experience, and a demonstrable track record of past success are strongly encouraged to apply.

As a Federal Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for the recruitment of Physicians, Nurses, Behavioral Health Providers, Advanced Practice professionals, and other clinical and administrative roles. You will be expected to:
- Maximize the number of filled assignments.
- Recruit qualified healthcare and administrative professionals utilizing the internet, job boards, cold calls, referrals, and other creative means.
- Screen, interview, and qualify candidates.
- Coordinate background checks, credentialing, and other contract specific onboarding requirements in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications and Skills:
- MUST BE RELIABLE AND CONSISTENT.
- At least 5 years of verifiable experience as a professional Healthcare Recruiter. *extra consideration will be given to candidates that possess deep experience recruiting licensed behavioral health specialties (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, Psy.D., Ph.D., etc.).
- Successful track record of meeting recruitment objectives.
- Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle.
- Previous federal agency staffing experience is required (VA, DoD, etc.).
