Healthcare Marketing Specialist - Job at TotalCare Walk-In Clinic
TotalCare Walk-In Clinic is searching for a full-time Healthcare Marketing Specialist to help grow our practice. We are a primary care/urgent care clinic in underserved areas with 8 locations around southern California. The right candidate has a passion for health equity, patient education, and elevating community health consciousness. We have opened 6 new clinics in the last 2 years, and have many opportunities for career growth. For this position, we offer a generous compensation package that is largely based on performance.
Responsibilities:
- Create, manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns including SEO, social, inbound marketing, email, mail/print campaigns, and events
- Conduct industry, patient demographic, and competitive research to understand market trends, patient preferences, and opportunities
- Write, design, produce, and create targeted communications, including brochures, signage, print ads, social media content, website content, and additional marketing pieces as needed
- Maintains familiarity with clinic goals, patient population, and programs and services
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
- Two years of work experience in marketing (preferably in healthcare)
- Track record of designing and executing successful marketing campaigns to meet business objectives
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Creative, out-of-the-box thinking abilities
- Due to our diverse patient population, candidates who are proficient in Spanish or Chinese are preferred
