• Interact with internal and external parties to verify benefits
• Identify coverage restrictions

Job Requirements for Benefit Verification Specialists:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of call center, medical, or pharmaceutical experience
• Experience in health care and customer service preferred
