Health Plan Specialist Outside Representative Job at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic
Responsibilities
The Health Plan Specialist – Outside Sales Representative is responsible for generating Medicare Advantage plan leads and sales for eligible members in the service area. To generate referral leads and increase enrollment, OSR plans and executes various types of activities such as senior business development, home appointments, group presentations, and provider/community collaborations. All leads for Outside Sales Representatives are self generated via “offsite” efforts and activities (i.e., no marketing-generated leads). KCA sales representatives follow CMS Medicare Marketing guidelines and always represent KelseyCare Advantage with integrity.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet or exceed sales quota of 200 enrollment per year
- Increase self-generated referrals by evolving existing Kelsey-Seybold Clinic Providers and Kelsey Community Provider relationships
- Identify new provider and community referral opportunities and execute activities targeted at cultivating these relationships
- Conduct sales presentations for prospects and leverage community partnerships to host events
- Deliver sales activity levels required for quota attainment and as advised by leadership
- Maintain proper documentation of all lead generation efforts (e.g., campaigns, events), lead encounters, and SQL & enrollment conversion details to track progress and effectiveness of various efforts in the KCA CRM system
- Participate in sales training and department planning sessions
- Maintain knowledge of compliance regulatory procedures and Medicare Marketing Guidelines to utilize in all functions, processes, and communication
