Pay Range: $65,500 to $83,000 per year

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

This position will aid in ensuring that all Foster Poultry Farms’ and subsidiaries comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations pertaining to Safety (OSHA). Position will be responsible for providing best practices, training, and audits to the Safety Department. The position improves company safety and reduces potential liability by providing recommendations and guidance to the Safety Department, and therefore frontline management on policy, safety, audit development, and compliance programs. This individual will aid in the development and implementation of specific programs designed to enforce compliance and promote safety. This position will also be responsible for coordinating and developing training material, administering safety system reporting (leading and lagging indicator data), tracking completion, and maintain records of compliance for management, Federal/State OSHA, and auditors.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• TEAM Member will assist the Corporate Health and Safety Department in verifying information from contractors.
• Ensuring compliance by providing audits and improving visibility from Contractor Compliance to Foster Farms.
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases.
• TEAM Member will assist in coordination, development, and implementation of Foster Farms Safety Programs and training materials.
• TEAM Member will aid in tracking and maintaining records of compliance and provide support to the company’s Safety TEAM.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS:

• Assist the Director and department by completing additional safety, contingency, or departmental assignments.
• Represent the company in select trade and industry associations.
• Other duties, as needed.

• Ability to develop and implement data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, computer science, information management, or statistics.
• Proficient in Microsoft application (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.).
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Able to work with little to no supervision.
• Multi-Language preferred.
