Education & Training Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education, certifications, licenses, training, and experience.
• At least two years of relevant clinical experience.
• At least two years of relevant customer service experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred and/or Multilingual
• Experience working with people who have chronic health conditions.

Work Experience Requirements

• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Experience in a healthcare setting.
• Efficient and accurate data-entry skills working in an electronic health record system (EHRS)
• Ability to multi-task and handle incoming patient calls and in person patient interactions
• The ability to quickly adapt to new environments and technologies.
• Experience providing customer service to diverse cultures and backgrounds.
• Experience with computers and thorough computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite
