First Federal Savings is looking for an individual with leadership skills and strong experience as a Teller or Head Teller for our Boothbay Harbor branch. Our intention is someone with the fundamental banking skills required that can step into the role and quickly act as a leader. The ideal candidate is positive, friendly, organized, strong at math and communication, time management, and a great multi-tasker.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
· Designated as Branch Manager when absent
· Supervises Tellers
· Trains Tellers or Teller functions as needed
· Assists tellers in locating cash discrepancies
· Handles special or unusual customer transactions and the more difficult customer questions
· Responsible for making sure safe deposit bills, change of address requests, supply ordering, scanning checks and scanning work is completed according to bank procedures
· Manages Teller lunch schedules and daily routines
· Responsible for the daily proof of the vault as well as receiving and disbursing cash to others
· Orders vault cash and ATM cash on a weekly basis
· Performs all functions of the Teller role
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
