Responsibilities:

•Check emails daily for plant orders/deliveries and catering requirements

•Complete daily prep tasks as per the checklist provided

•Create mouth-watering desserts for our customers

•Place and manage Webstaurant, BEK, PFG, and SYSCO orders

•Conduct weekly trips to HEB for additional supplies (using provided list)

•Prepare and execute catering orders

•Receive, organize, and store weekly food deliveries

•Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen

•Sweep, mop, clean ovens/microwave, and maintain organization of shelves

•Uphold health code standards at all times

•Scan weekly receipts and leave them in the office

•Keep store room and cabinets outside of the kitchen stocked and organized

•Wash dishes between 4AM and 10AM

•Wipe stainless undershelf and containers (sugar, flour, etc.)

•Monitor water levels in proofer and both soup warmers daily

•Manage budget, pricing, and food costs

•Check and restock paper goods in cabinets outside of the kitchen

Requirements:

•Minimum of two years kitchen experience

•Strong organizational and time-management skills

•Excellent attention to detail

•Ability to work well under pressure

•Strong communication and teamwork skills
