Job description
Intelligent Technology Solutions, Inc. is looking to hire a Hardware Technician. Anticipated compensation depends on experience. We are willing train the right candidate. The primary work location is in West Coxsackie, NY and the general hours are between 8:00am and 6:00pm Monday through Friday. Additional compensated hours maybe required.
Job Duties:
- Installation of Desktop/Laptop Hardware and Peripherals
- Troubleshooting Malware, Virus and Spyware removals
- Imaging using Acronis and Windows Deployment Server
- Configuration Operating Systems and software installation
- Secure disposal of storage media
- Deployment preparation
- Documentation
Required Knowledge:
- Basic computer hardware knowledge
- Basic software installation knowledge
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Mac OS
- Basic Knowledge of Productivity Suites, Office 2013 and newer
