Hard Truth started as a small distillery in Nashville, IN. Located on a 325 wooded acre property, Hard Truth Distilling Co., our beloved Restaurant at Hard Truth, and our Tours and Tastings Center host an array of live music, weddings, ATV tours, and events. One can take a stroll around the pond, play yard games, or listen to a live band during a happy hour.

The Restaurant at Hard Truth is looking to hire a Tour Guide.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guest and give them your full attention. Bartend, answer questions, and educate our guests on our history, distillery, and mixology.
• Bartend for the customers. Accept orders, put in POS system, handle cash and credit cards. Perform sales for drinks, experiences, merchandise, and carry out. Accept calls and answer questions, schedule tours and reschedule as needed.
• Run and assist with our tours. Preform distillery tours with the guests and educate them about the process and walk them around the distillery. Run our ATV tours out in the woods. Run any mixology classes and tastings.
• Assist in opening and/or closing by setting up, prepping garnishes, and setting up for tours and events. Break down events and clean up the Welcome center.
• Other task when needed.

Requirements:

• Must be 21-years-old or more.
• Must be able to kneel, bend, squat, and lift through out shift.
• Must be able to communicate clear and in a professional manner with customers, supervisors, and other staff.
