Position Summary

Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary announces an endowed chair faculty position in the area of leadership, known as the Hansen Chair in Leadership, beginning in the Fall of 2023. The position is a continuing-status track (tenure) appointment.

The ideal candidate would have experience leading in a Black church context who understands well the social and cultural contexts of the Black community, and has had experience dealing with issues of racial reconciliation.
