As a Guest Service Representative (Front Desk Agent), you will create the first impression of the hotel by welcoming guests in a friendly, timely, and professional manner. When our guest arrives to our hotels, they are walking into a genuinely memorable experience. As a Guest Service Representative, you'll not only be the person they rely on to handle transactions, offer local insights, and anticipate every detail of a friction-free experience. You will also create a warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home.

Your day-to-day

You will register guests, process all payments according to established procedures, issue room keys, and provide information on hotel services and room location. You will answer multi-system phones and routinely book guest reservations for individuals and groups either by telephone or within the hotel: process cancellations, revisions, and information updates on changes. You will also provide a fond farewell when checking guests out.

What we need from you
Requirements include holding a High School diploma or equivalent, plus one year of front desk/guest service experience. Some college is preferred. Essential Languages: English and Spanish

• Must have excellent customer service/hospitality skills
• Must have excellent communication, both verbal/written
• Must have computer/typing skills
• Be able to stand on feet for extended periods
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule (weekends, holidays, pm shifts and overnight). Shift hours ARE the following: 3:00 pm to 11:15 pm, and 11:00 pm to 7:15 am
